- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆20+ minutes of waiting, we were the only parties in the waiting room, and were never acknowledged. Between that and the other reviews, and the fact that they do not publish their fees (shady), we chose to spend the time in Harrisburg at an actual PennDOT facility. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We have been to this place more then once and it is the same lady that is rude. She will give you the exact paperwork to get filled out and then tell you it is wrong. I had to wait for an hour to been seen after listening to her argue with someone in front of me about a mistake she made that she couldn't fix. Only to sit down and be told I have to do everything all over. Went to another place much closer to our home and they are wonderful! They were able to actually help us and tell us what we needed with out laughing in our faces and treating us with disrespect. Not worth the time or money.By Kristina O, July 16, 2017
